From your family dashboard, tap "Add Family Member" to invite children or other adults. You can customize each member's role, available chores, and reward settings.
Yes! ChoreQuest syncs across all your devices. Simply log in with your account on any device to access your family's chores and progress.
To delete your account, please send an email to samtg.develop@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process your request promptly.
Get the ChoreQuest app and create your family account in just a few taps.
Invite your family members and set up profiles for each person.
Add chores, set point values, and assign them to family members.
Create rewards that family members can redeem with earned points.
Family members complete chores and submit them for approval.
Approve completed chores, award points, and watch your family thrive!
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, check for app updates in your device's app store, or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Make sure notifications are enabled for ChoreQuest in your device settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > ChoreQuest and ensure notifications are turned on.
Ensure you're connected to the internet and logged into the same account on all devices. Try pulling down to refresh the chore list, or log out and log back in.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
Points update after a parent approves a completed chore. Make sure the chore has been approved, then pull down to refresh. If the issue continues, contact support.
Verify you have an active internet connection. Make sure the email address you're inviting hasn't already been registered. If problems persist, contact our support team.
