• Parent or legal guardian accounts are required to add children to the platform
• Children may use the app only under parental supervision and authorization

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Take responsibility for any actions taken by children using your account

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of ChoreQuest, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of ChoreQuest or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

7. User-Generated Content

When you create content within ChoreQuest (such as custom tasks or family-specific data), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your family.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Trial:

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChoreQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold ChoreQuest harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
